| 摘 要： | 1987年3月～1988年3月作者对83例慢性胃病病人,在内窥镜下对胃念珠菌感染进行前瞻性研究。念珠菌总感染率为21.7％(18/83)。其中浅表性胃炎8/42(19％)、萎缩性胃炎2/11(18.2％)、胃溃疡3/10(30％)、十二指肠球部溃疡1/10(10％)、胃癌1/7(14.3％)、浅表性胃炎并十二指肠球炎2/2、胃息肉并浅表性胃炎1/1。念珠菌以白色念珠菌和热带念球菌多见,分别为6例和5例。6例白色念珠菌感染的临床症状以腹部闷胀不适、上腹痛、反酸呃气为常见。6例均用克霉唑或制霉菌素治疗,2周后复查霉菌培养转阴,临床症状减轻。

| Abstract: | Prospective study on infection of gastric Candida through gastroscopy for 83 patients with chronic gastric diseases from March, 1987 to March, 1988. discovered that total infective rate of candidosis is 21.7%(18/83), of which, shallow border gastritis 8/42 (19%), atrophic gastritis 2/11(18.2%), gastric ulcer 3/10(30%), duodenal ulcer 1/10(10%), gastric cancer 1/7(14.3%),shallow gastritis and duodenitis 2/2(100%), gastric polypus and shallow border gastritis 1/1(100%).Albicans and tropical Candida were common, being 6 and 5 patients separately. Clinical common symptoms in six infective patients with albicans Candida are abdomen discomfort, epigastric pain, acid reflux and belch.The six patients with gastric Candida were traeted with clotrimazolum or nystatinum. When checked two weeks later, Candida culture showed negative, clinical symptoms decreased. |
