| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3（Glypican-3）在原发性肝细胞性肝癌(HCC)中的表达状况及其临床意义。方法: 应用免疫组化S-P法检测原发性肝细胞性肝癌150例、肝硬化50例、肝炎50例、正常肝组织10例中Glypican-3的表达。结果：Glypican-3主要表达于细胞浆，原发性肝细胞性肝癌、肝硬化、肝炎和正常肝组织的Glypican-3蛋白阳性表达率分别是63.33％（95/150）、34.00％（17/50）、28.00％（14/50）、0%(0/10)，四者之间的差异有统计学意义（χ2=35.36,P< 0.05），且Glypican-3在原发性肝细胞性肝癌组织中的表达明显高于在正常肝组织中的表达（χ2=13.07,P< 0.05）。结论: Glypican-3异常表达与原发性肝细胞性肝癌的发展密切相关，在原发性肝细胞性肝癌的发展过程中起非常重要的作用。
