血管内皮生长因子与子宫内膜异位症相关性的研究

摘    要:目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(简称内异症)患者在位内膜与异位内膜的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测30例内异症30份在位内膜、34份异位病灶中VEGF的表达。以17例正常妇女的子宫内膜组织作为对照,比较VEGF表达有无差别。结果无论在位与异位内膜,VEGF蛋白主要存在于腺上皮细胞胞浆中,可在整个月经周期中检测到,同时也分散存在于周围间质细胞中。与对照组相比,内异症组在位内膜分泌期VEGF表达显著增高(P<0.05),异位内膜VEGF表达显著增高(P<0.01)。腹膜内异症与腺肌样结节之间VEGF表达差异无显著性。结论内异症患者的在位内膜分泌期VEGF的表达,可能与内异症的组织发生有关;异位内膜VEGF表达,可能与内异症的发病有关。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometriotic lesions from women with endometriosis. Methods 29 specimens of peritoneal endometriosis, 5 adenomyotic nodules, and 30 matched eutopic endo metrium were biopsied from 30 patients with endometriosis; another 17 specimens of endometrium were biopsied from women without endometriosis. Immunohistochemical analysis was utilized to examine the expression of VEGF in the above specimens.Results Positive immunostain of VEGF was located on both the glandular epithelium and stroma of the endometrium and peritoneal endometriotic lesions. Compared with eutopic endometrium of secretory phase without endometriosis, the expression of VEGF in that from endometriosis increased significantly( P<0.05). Ectopic endometrium expressed higher level of VEGF(P<0.01). No significant difference of VEGF expression was found between peritoneal endomet riosis and adenomyotic nodule. Conclusion VEGF expression in the eutopic endometrium of women with endometriosis during the secretory phase possibly suggests a more likely tendency to implant; the expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium might berelated to the development of endometriosis.
