微泵输注阿托品抢救急性有机磷农药中毒的研究

摘    要:目的 为了研究微泵输注阿托品抢救急性有机磷农药中毒 (AOPP)的效果。方法 :随机选择 6 0例有机磷农药中毒的患者 ,分为治疗组 30例 ,对照组 30例 ,采用微泵输注法与静脉推注法进行相关性研究。同时观察阿托品化时间、阿托品总量及CHE恢复正常时间。结果 两组各项指标经统计学处理 ,P <0 .0 5差异有显著性意义。结论 微泵持续输注阿托品具有恒量、恒速、用药量稳定的优点 ,提高抢救成功率

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of IV atropine through syringe pump in the management of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoing (AOPP). Methods: 60 cases with AOPP were divided randomly as treated group and control group,each of which has 30 cases.The former were treated by IV atropine through syringe pump,the later through intravenous injection.We observe the time of atropinization,the amount of atropine used,and the time for CHE return to normal.Results: All the parameters of the group were tested statistically.P<0.05,it indicates the two group have obvious difference. Conclusion: Continuous IV atropine through syringe pump has the advantage of lasting amount and lasting speed.It increase the successful rate.
