| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年人腹泻原因及防治。方法：对290例老年腹泻病人临床资料进行总结分析。结果：病毒性胃肠炎112例，感染性腹泻94例，急性胃炎50例，消化不良18例，细菌性痢疾7例。结论：老年腹泻患者中，病毒性胃肠炎最多，其次是感染性腹泻、急性胃炎及消化不良，菌痢少见。应针对不同的病因，采取相应治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To cxplorc the etiology and prevention or treatment of diarrhea in old patients.Methods:290 patients' clinical documents were analized.Results:Among 290 cases,112 cases were virous gastroenteritis;94 cases were infectious diarrhea; 50 cases were gastritis;18 cases were dyspepsia,7 cases were bacillary dysentry.Conclusion:Among old diarrhea patients,virous gastroenteritis was the most etiology;nextto was infectious diarrhea,gastritis and dyspepsia;bacillary dysentery cases was the leatst;The treatm... |
