| 摘 要： | 脂质体的应用在肿瘤的治疗研究中是一个有意义的突破。脂质体抗癌剂 ,可使药物具有靶向性和缓释性 ,使药物特异地集中作用于肿瘤组织而提高治疗指数和药物疗效 ,减少药物毒性。另外脂质体还能防止化疗的常见副作用

| Abstract: | Liposome is one of the significant progress in tumor treatment.Liposomal antineoplastic agents is characterized by targetting and delayed releasing.Thus it can increase therapeutic index and effect and reduce toxicity of specific medicine concentrating on the tumor.In addition,liposome can alleviate side effect of chemotherapy. |
