| Abstract: | This paper reports the measurement of time of constantly attainable velocity in enzymolysis of amygdalin, percentage of amygdalin transformed, the enzymatic capacity with different smounts of emulsion and the effect of temperature on enzyme inactiration. According to these, an improved decocting process of Semen Armeniacae Amarum has been provided. |
