肿瘤和高血压患者外周血单个核细胞端粒酶表达及临床意义初探

目的　探讨肿瘤和高血压患者外周血单个核细胞端粒酶活性表达。方法　端粒重复序列扩增 微孔板杂交法测定6 2例肿瘤和高血压患者及 38例正常对照组外周血单个核细胞端粒酶表达。结果　肿瘤组和高血压组外周血单个核细胞端粒酶活性比对照组明显增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　检测外周血单个核细胞端粒酶的活性 ,发现外周血单个核细胞端粒酶的活性与肿瘤、高血压有关。因而检测外周血单个核细胞端粒酶活性 ,对肿瘤、高血压的诊断、治疗有一定临床价值。

The telomerase activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and its clinical significance in patients with essential hypertension and tumor

Objective To investigate the telomerase activity of peripheral blood mononulear cells from patients with essential hypertension and tumour.Methods The telomerase activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 62 hypertensives and carcinoma cases as well as 38 normal control cases was meausured using telomerase-PCR-ELISA-assay.Results It was foud that the telomerase activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in hypertensive and tumour groups was obviously higher than that in control group,the difference was siginificant( P <0.01).Conclusion The telomerase expression of peripheral blood mononuclear cells is related to hypertension and tumor.Detection of telomerase activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells may be helpful for the diagnosis of tumour and hypertension,and observation of curative effect also.It may have a certain clinical values as well.
