泪道探通术中应用复方妥布霉素眼膏的疗效观察

目的观察复方妥布霉素眼膏辅助泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法采用5号探针行泪道探通术治疗新生儿泪囊炎，把87例新生儿泪囊炎患者随机分成两组，对照组36眼，泪道探通术后冲洗液为生理盐水；治疗组31眼，泪道探通术后注入生理盐水及复方妥布霉素眼膏。随访观察2～6个月。结果治疗组一次治愈率为88％，对照组为64％，二者差异显著（红=6．63，P〈0．01）。结论采用泪道探通术联合泪道内注入复方妥布霉素眼膏，是成功率较高的治疗新生儿泪囊炎的方法之一。

Observation on curative effect of lacrimal duct probing combined with injecting Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment in dacryoeystitis neonatorum

Objective To observe curative effect of lacrimal duct probing combined with pouring Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment in dacryoeystitis neonatorum. Methods making lacrimal duct probing with NO. 5 probe to cure dacryoeystitis neonatorum. 87 patients of dacryoeystitis neonatorum were devided randomly into two groups ： group of contrast：36 eyes, normal saline solution was instilled after the Lacrimal duct probing; group of curation： 51 eyes, normal saline solution and Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment were instilled after the Lacrimal duct probing. Observation followed may be for 2 to 6 months. Results The washing passing rate at the first time in group of curation was 88 %, while in group of contrast was 64 %.The difference of curative effect between two groups was obvious（ x2=6.63, P〈0.01）. Conclusion pouring Tobramycin and Dexamethasone Ophthalmic Ointment combined with lacrimal duct probing is one of successful ways to cure dacryoeystitis neonatorum.
