板蓝根软胶囊药效学实验研究

摘    要:目的观察板蓝根颗粒改为板蓝根软胶囊后的药效学变化.方法观察板蓝根软胶囊体外抑菌试验、对感染金黄色葡萄球菌小鼠死亡率的影响、对干酵母所致大鼠发热模型的影响、对细菌内毒素所致家兔发热模型的影响、对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的影响及对琼脂所致大鼠肉芽肿的影响.结果板蓝根软胶囊对金黄色葡萄球菌等具有很好的抑菌作用;对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠的死亡率有明显的降低作用;明显抑制干酵母混悬液引起大鼠体温升高的作用趋势;对细菌内毒素引起家兔发热模型有非常显著的降温作用;板蓝根软胶囊对动物急、慢性炎症模型有很好的抑制作用.结论将板蓝根颗粒改成板蓝根软胶囊后仍具有很好的抑菌、解热和抗炎作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of main efficacy of Banlangen soft capsule changed from Banlangen pellet. Methods To observe the bacteriostasis test in vitro, the influence of mice death rate of infected staphylococcus aureus, the influence of white rat febrile mode caused by dried yeast, the influence of rabbit febrile model caused by bacteria, the influence of ear swelling of mice caused by dimethylbenzene and the influence of granuloma of white rat cause by agar. Results Banlangen soft capsule had bacteriostasis in vitro, could reduce the mice death rate of infected staphylococcus aureus, could reduce the temperature of white rat febrile mode caused by dried yeast, could reduce the temperature of rabbit febrile model caused by bacteria, could resist ear of mice swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and granuloma of white rat cause by agar. Conclusion Banlangen soft capsule has the functions of bacteriostasis, allay a fever and resist inflammation.
