| 摘 要： | 流感病毒的致病性差异由多种因素共同决定,其中血凝素(HA)在感染初期介导受体结合与融膜作用,与病毒毒力密切相关.此文从多个方面来阐述HA对病毒致病力的影响,包括HA受体结合特异性与宿主细胞受体,HA裂解位点与宿主细胞蛋白酶,HA的糖基化,宿主固有免疫应答等.

Progress in the relations between influenza virus hemagglutinin and its pathogenicity |

| Abstract: | The pathogenicity of influenza virus is determined by many factors.Hemagglutinin is a receptor-binding and fusion protein that is required to initiate infection.It plays a key role in influenza virus virulence.In this review,the progress in identifying the contribution of HA to the pathogenicity of influenza virus in many aspects,including HA receptor binding preference and sialosaccharides on the host cell surface,HA cleavability and host cellular protease,the glycosylation of HA,and the innate immune response of host cells are summarized. |
