护理干预对社区糖尿病患者遵医行为及血糖控制的效果

目的探讨社区护理对糖尿病患者遵医行为及血糖控制的干预效果,帮助患者达到良好的遵医行为和血糖控制。方法将出院的糖尿病患者110例随机分为实验组和对照组各55例,实验组对患者进行心理疏导、用药指导、饮食疗法、运动疗法及血糖、尿糖、自我监测等给予针对性的护理干预,对照组未施加任何干预。半年后,2组患者的遵医和血糖控制情况进行对比。结果实验组在6个月后患者的遵医和血糖控制情况优于对照组。差异均有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论患者出院后给予系统的护理干预,可使患者的遵医行为得到加强和延续,提高遵医率,并较好地控制血糖,减少了复住院率,提高了生活质量。
