| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者与巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)的方法检测患者血清中的CMV—IgM和IgG。结果:SLE患者组血清和对照组血清的CMV抗体总阳性率分别为80.0%(40/50)和30.0%(18/60)。两组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(字2=27.354,P<0.001)。结论:SLE患者与CMV的感染关系密切。CMV的感染有可能是SLE患者发病的因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlation between systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)and cytomegalovirus(CMV) infection. Method The IgM and IgG antibody against cytomegalovirus were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The total positive rates of anti-CMV antibody in SLE patients and control were 80.0%(40/50) and 30.0%(18/60) respectively. There was very significant difference between the patient group and control(?字2=27.354,P<0.001). Conclusion There was positive correlation between SLE patients and CMV infection. CMV infection probably was one of the pathogenic factor of SLE patients. |
