精子中一氧化氮和透明质酸酶活性的关系

摘    要:目的 :探讨一氧化氮 (NO)与人精子透明质酸酶(HYD)活性及精子质量的关系 .方法 :参照WHO标准方法 ,进行精液常规分析 .采用镀铜镉还原荧光法检测NO代谢产物硝酸盐 (NO3 -) .用改良Singer法测定精子HYD活性 .结果 :90例不育者NO含量与精子密度、活动率及HYD活性呈显著的负相关 (r =- 0 .4 8,- 0 .4 7,- 0 .6 3,P <0 .0 1 ) ,HYD与精子畸形率呈显著的负相关 (^y =- 0 .91 3+0 .0 0 9x) .结论 :精子HYD活性测定是评价精子受精能力的有效指标 ,NO对精子HYD活性有抑制灭活影响精子对卵丘的穿透作用 .

Abstract:AIM: To study the relationship among NO, the activity of human sperm hyaluronidase and sperm quality. METHODS: Seminal fluid analysis was made according to WHO standard. A copper coated cadmium reduction fluorescence assay was performed to detect nitrate (NO 3 -), a metabolic product of nitric oxide in semen, and the activity of sperm HYD was detected by modified Singer method. RESULTS: The content of NO had an obvious negative relationship with the density, the movable rate and HYD activity of sperms in ninety sterile men ( r =-0.48, -0.47, -0.63, P <0.01), while there was an obvious positive relationship between the content of NO and the sperm deformity rate. CONCLUSION: The detection of the activity of sperm HYD is an effective index in assessing the capability of sperm fertilization. NO inhibits the activity of sperm HYD, thus affecting the sperms going through ovum hillock.
