| 摘 要： | 目的提高临床医生对呼吸道异物的认识。方法对200例呼吸道异物患儿的临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果根据患儿入院时情况,尽早在全身麻醉下行支气管镜检异物取出术,痊愈197例,死亡3例。结论呼吸道异物一经确诊,需急诊在全身麻醉下行支气管镜检异物取出术。根据异物的性质及种类选择不同的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the understanding of respiratory foreign bodies.Methods A retrospective study on the 200 cases of children with respiratory tract foreign bodies.Results According to the information children in the hospital,as soon as possible in the general anesthesia downward bronchoscopy removal of foreign bodies.197 cases were cured,3 cases died.Conclusion As soon as the respiratory tract foreign bodies is diagnesed,the emergency medical treatment need to be taked out the technique in the general anesthesia downward bronchoscopy removal of foreign bodies.According to foreign bodies nature and type,to select different surgery method. |
