癫痫患者80例视频脑电图及CT分析

目的探讨视频脑电图（VEEG）和CT在癫痫诊断、分型、病因诊断中的作用。方法分析VEEG监测和CT对80例癫痫患者的检查结果。结果常规脑电图（EEG）出现痫样放电33例（41．2％），监测到临床发作2例；VEEG痫样放电62例（77．5％），监测到临床发作15例，VEEG痫样放电率明显高于常规EEG。CT异常24例（30．0％）。VEEG与CT两种方法的异常率相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论VEEG的临床应用，大大提高了癫痫EEG的痼样放电率，特别对不典型临床发作表现和无先兆指征的可疑性癫痫患者进行诊断和分类尤为有用。CT的应用，成为癫痫病因研究的重要手段。VEEG与CT二者相互结合，对癫痫的病因、诊断、分型、治疗帮助很大。

Video-EEG monitoring and CT analysis in 80 patients with Epilepsy YUAN Bin（Department of Function,First People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu,Henan Province,Shangqiu 476100, China）

Objective To study the role of video-EEG（VEEG） monitoring and CT in the diagnosis, etiology and type. Methods Eighty epilepsy patients received VEEG monitor and CT exams. Results The epileptiform discharge was found in 33（41.2% ）cases taking REEG. The epileptiform discharge was found in 62（77.5% ） cases taking VEEG. VEEG epileptiform discharge rate was significantly higher than conventional EEG. CT found abnormality in 24 cases（30.0% ）, showing a significantly different abnormality rate between CT and VEEG（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The VEEG can greatly improve the positive rate of EEG in the patients with epilepsy. It is practical especially for suspicious patients without obvious clinical symptoms. The application of CT is an important method of finding the cause of epilepsy. CT combined with VEEG has great importance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of epilepsy.
