摘    要:本文介绍了韩礼德所倡导的系统功能语言学的主要观点及英语听说课的特点,并发现:系统功能语言学和英语听说课的主要目标都是培养人的交际能力。因此可以将系统功能语言学理论应用到英语听说课中,并提出以下建议:(1)英语听说课教材应以功能为基础进行编写。(2)教师帮助学生构建语境知识体系。(3)学生们应是课堂中的“演员”和“导演”。通过角色扮演锻炼他们的交际能力。(4)合理安排听、说时间,将听、说练习有机结合起来。

Abstract:This paper introduces the systemic functional grammar (SFG) developed by Michael Halliday and English listening and speaking. And it finds out that SFG and English listening and speaking have the same objective: interaction and communication. Therefore, English teachers can apply SFG to the teaching of English listening and speaking as follows: (1) The textbooks should be designed on the basis of function. (2) Teachers should help students construct context knowledge system. (3) Students should be "actors" and "directors" in the class to practice their communicative ability. (4) Teachers should strike a balance between listening and speaking.
