| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腮腺肿瘤切除术改良术式的特点.方法 将220例腮腺肿瘤患者随机分为两组,分别接受传统和改良术式,对术后复发、畸形、面神经麻痹、味觉出汗综合征、涎瘘等指标进行4个月至3年的随访.结果 术后复发、畸形、面神经麻痹、味觉出汗综合征等指标两组之间存在显著差异.结论 改良术式能有效减少腮腺术后多种并发症,具有一定的临床应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the characteristic of the improved operation method of parotid gland.Methods Two hundred and twenty cases were randomly divided into two group and accepted traditional operation or modified one.The post-operation deformity,facial paralysis,Fery's syndrome and fistula were observed from 4 months to 3 years.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the post-operation deformity,facial paralysis and Fery's syndrome.Conclusion The improved operation method of parotid gland can effectively reduce the post-parotidectomy complications. |
