| 摘 要： | 目的:观察《伤寒论》12首含大黄方剂对8种细菌的抑菌作用。方法:采用固体连续稀释法测定,并得出各复方的最小抑菌浓度。结果:在12首含大黄方剂中,有7首对所试8种细菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中桂枝加大黄汤、大黄黄连泻心汤作用最强;大承气汤、桃核承气汤、麻子仁丸、大陷胸汤、抵挡丸次之。结论:该体外抑菌试验的结果可作为临床治疗某些感染性疾病选方用药的参考。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the antimicrobial effect of 12 Rhubarb recipes inhibiting 8 bacteria growth in ShangHanLun.Methods：The minimum inhibitory concentration of each compound was determined by the method of solid continuous dilution.Results：Among12 rhubarb recipes,seven recipes can inhibite 8 bacteria growth to different degrees.The antimicrobialeffectof GuiZhi Jia DaHuang decoction and DaHuang HuangLian XieXin decoction is the strongest;DaChengQi decoction,TaoHe ChengQi decoction,MaZiRen pill,DaXianXiong decoction and DiDang pill are followed.Conclusion：The outcome on invitro trial of antiseptic bacteria can provide a reference of medications about infections diseases. |
