肝癌介入治疗病人家属健康教育需求的调查与分析

目的了解肝癌介入治疗病人家属健康教育需求。方法采用自设问卷对60名肝癌介入治疗病人家属进行调查。结果肝癌病人家属对介入治疗方面的护理知识了解不够;最希望了解肝癌介入治疗效果、介入治疗后并发症的预防和肝癌预后方面的知识,在健康保健、护理病人的一般技术方面最希望获得医护人员的指导和帮助;同时对获得健康教育途径的选择具有多样性。结论需要通过多种形式对肝癌介入治疗病人家属进行全面的健康教育,提高肝癌病人的家庭支持,改善肝癌病人的生活质量。

Investigation and analysis on the health education needs of family members of patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy

Objective To investigate the health education needs of family members of patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.Method A self-designed questionnaire was used in the study and 60 family members of patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy completed the questionnaires.Results The family members of patients with liver cancer had inadequate nursing care knowledge about interventional therapy.They were eager to know the effect after interventional therapy,complication prevention and the prognosis of liver cancer.The guidance of nursing care was very important,especially through getting helps and supports from professional health care personnal.Conclusion It is suggested to provide comprehensive health education through various means for the family members of patients with liver cancer,thereby to increase their ability to provide effective care and to improve the quality of life for liver cancer patients.
