| 摘 要： | 目的：观察没食子提取物（MSZ）是否具有诱导癌细胞凋亡的作用。方法：人乳腺癌细胞Bcap-37经不同浓度MSZ作用24-48h后,经倒置显微镜观察细胞形态的变化,流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡周期及凋亡率。结果：在倒置显微镜下,可见大量具有凋亡特征的细胞;流式细胞仪检测出现明显的凋亡峰,呈剂量依赖性。结论：MSZ具有抑制乳腺癌细胞Bcap-37生长,诱导其凋亡的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of the breast carcinoma Bcap-37 apoptosis induced by the extractive of galla(MSZ).Methods:Breast carcinoma Bcap-37 cells were cultured in vitro with different concentration of MSZ,living cells and dead cells were detected with an inverted microscope.And apoptotic rate and cell cycles were detected by flow cytometer,and incontrol with Fluorouracil.Results: It can be observed that a large number of apoptotic cells had representative morphological chacteristics under the inverted microscope.Apoptotic peak appeared in DNA histrogram of the flow cytometer,and it was of dose dependent.Conclusion:MSZ can inhibit its growth and mitosis,induce the apoptosis of the breast carcinoma Bcap-37. |
