| 摘 要： | 应用免疫荧光间接法对37例Graves’病患者血清抗双链脱氧核糖核酸抗体(抗ds-DNA抗体)进行了测定,其中21例未治疗组病人有18例阳性,16例已服抗甲状腺药物治疗组病人有6例阳性。Graves’病患者经抗甲状腺药物治疗后,促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)兴奋试验呈正常反应组及低弱反应组血清抗ds-DNA抗体阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结果提示,抗ds-DNA抗体是存在于自身免疫性甲状腺疾病的一种自身免疫抗体,该抗体的发现为深入研究Graves’病自身免疫异常提供了新的线索。

| Abstract: | In 21 untreated and 16 methimazol-treated patients with Graves'disease, the positivity rates of serum antidouble strandle DNA anti-body, measured by IF method, were 85.7% (18/21) and 37.5% (6/16)respectively. None of these patients with Graves'disease associatedwith anti-ds-DNA antibody showed clinical evidence suggesting SLE orrelated collagen vascular disorders. Among the methimazol-treatedpatients, those with a normal TRH test showed lower positivity ratesof anti-ds-DNA antibody than those with a blunted TRH test. Among 5patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, anti-ds-DNA antibody was posi-tive in 2. None of the patients with simple goiter and simple thyroidadenoma had positive anti-ds-DNA antibody. The discovery of anti-ds-DNA antibody provides a new aspect fox further study of immunologicalabnormality associated with autoimmune thyroid diseases. |
