| 摘 要： | 目的 了解慎菌的生长规律以研究其致龋特性，方法 本实验在培养条件不变的情况下，定时取样，采用ＯＤ值法和活菌计数法计算细菌数，并绘制生长曲线，结果 乳杆功的对数生长期为培养６－１６ｈ，世代时间为５４ｍｉｎ，结论 其生长曲线基本与变链菌一致。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this test was to understand the growth pattern oflactobacillus for the research of its cariogenicity. Methods The growth quantity oflactobacillus which was cultured in a constant condition was measured periodically byspectrophotometry and flora counting, and its growth curve and generation time weremeasured. Results it was found that the logarithmic phase of lactobacillus was 6-16 hoursafter it was cultured. And its generation time was 54 minutes. Conclusion The growth curveof lactobacillus was in accordance with streptococcus mutan. |
