下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全6例诊治体会

目的探讨下肢深静脉瓣功能不全的临床诊断和治疗方法,为提高临床诊治效率提供支持。方法回顾性分析2012年1-5月我院收治的6例下肢深静脉瓣功能不全患者的临床资料,结合文献总结诊断和治疗经验。结果采用彩色多普勒检查共筛查到6例符合要求的患者,术中行深静脉逆行造影检查确诊为深静脉瓣膜功能不全,其中Ⅲ级4例,Ⅴ级2例。经深静脉瓣成形术治疗,6例患者均痊愈出院。结论对疑似原发性深静脉瓣功能不全患者行术中深静脉造影联合经脉瓣成形术治疗,可提高诊断准确率,并避免二次手术对患者的不利影响,值得临床推广。

Experience of diagnosis primary deep venous valve insufficiency in lower limb on 6 cases

Objective To explore the primary deep venous valve insufficiency in lower limb clinical diagnosis and the treatment method,in order to improve the treatment efficiency support. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2012 years 1-5 month were 6 cases of our primary deep venous valve insufficiency in lower limb of patients with clinical information,to summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment. Results By color doppler check total screening to 6 patients to meet the requirements of patients,forwarded to the hospital for further treatment: bank was deep vein retrograde imaging diagnosis of deep venous valve the function is not complete,including Ⅲ level 4 cases,Ⅴ level in 2 cases. The deep vein disc angioplasty treatment,6 patients were recovered. Conclusions The screening out of the suspected primary deep venous valve insufficiency in lower limb patients do intraoperatie imaging of deep vein joint meridians disc angioplasty treatment,can improve the diagnostic accuracy,and avoid a second surgery patients to the adverse effects,and clinical promotion.
