摘    要:大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型(MCAO)是局灶性脑缺血再灌注的标准动物模型,该模型为研究人类局灶性脑缺血的疾病特点、发病机制及防治策略提供了可靠平台。本文综述了MCAO模型成功的评价标准,并从动物、线栓、原理、制备方法及改进等方面比较了经颈总动脉进线法和经颈外动脉进线法分别制备大鼠MCAO模型的特点,并对影响大鼠MCAO模型制备成功率的主要因素进行了综述和优化配置。

Abstract:Rat middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model is widely used in stroke research, and provides an excellent platform for researchers to investigate the pathophysiology of stroke and test novel recanalyzing, neuroprotective, neuroregenerative or anti-inflammatory drugs in experimental setting. This paper reviewed the criteria of evaluation for successful MCAO model, and compared characteristic of MCAO rat model established by the common carotid artery into the line or through the external carotid artery into the line method from the aspects of animal, suture, principle, preparation method and the improvement technique. The main factors, which affect the rat MCAO model preparation success rate were also summarized and optimized allocation.
