丹芎通络汤治疗高血压性心脏病并左室舒张功能不全的临床观察

目的：观察丹芎通络汤对高血压性心脏病并左室舒张功能不全患者的疗效。方法：将85例患者随机分为治疗组（用丹芎通络汤治疗）56例和对照组（用尼群地平治疗）29例，分别治疗2个月后观察临床疗效及其对血压和左室舒张功能等的影响。结果：治疗组总有效率显著优于对照组（P＜0．05），左室舒张功能改善显著优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：丹芎通络汤能够改善本病患者的临床症状及左室舒张功能。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Danxiong Tongluo Decoction in Treating Patients of Hypertensive Heart Disease Complicated with Left Ventricle Diastolic Malfunction

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Danxiong Tongluo Capsule (DXTLC) on patients of hypertensive heart disease complicated with left ventricle diastolic malfunction. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the 56 patients in the treated group treated with DXTLC and the 29 in the control group treated with nitrendipine. The effect and influence of treatment on blood pressure and left ventricle diastolic function were observed after 2 months treatment. Results: The treated group showed a therapeutic effect significantly better than that in the control group in total effective rate (P<0 05) and in improving left ventricle diastolic function (P<0 01). Conclusion: DXTLC could improve the symptoms and left ventricle diastolic functions in patients with hypertensive heart disease complicated with left ventricle diastolic malfunction.
