摘    要:目的:观察水蛭颗粒对大鼠急性血瘀模型血液流变学及SOD、MDA的影响。方法:皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加冰水冷浴造大鼠急性血瘀模型,然后灌服水蛭颗粒。结果:水蛭颗粒可改善大鼠急性血瘀模型血液流变学,提高大鼠血清SOD含量,降低大鼠血清MDA含量。结论:水蛭治疗血瘀证的效果可能与改善血液流变学及SOD、MDA等指标有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Leech Granule on hemorheology, SOD and MDA in acute blood stasis model of rats. Method: The rats were subcutaneous injected with big dose of epinephrine and treated with ice-water bath to create acute blood stasis model, then they were gavaged with Leech Granule. Result: Leech Granule could improve hemorheology in acute blood stasis model of rat, promote the content of SOD in serum of rats and decrease the content of MDA in serum of rats. Conclusion: The effect of Leech on blood stasis syndrome is probably related to improvement of hemorheology, SOD and MDA index.
