| 摘 要： | 目的比较喹硫平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效和不良反应发生情况。方法收集单一药物喹硫平（96例）或利培酮（126例）治疗的精神分裂症患者，分别在治疗前和治疗2,4、8、12周，评估阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、卡尔加里精神分裂症抑郁量表（CDSS），并记录不良反应的发生情况，比较两种药物在不同治疗时期的疗效和不良反应的差异。结果喹硫平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症总有效率无显著差异，但临床痊愈率喹硫平组略高于利培酮组（16．7％vs8．7％，P=0．045）。PANSS量表五因子分模型分析，喹硫平治疗组阴性因子分和抑郁因子分以及CDSS量表分在治疗第4、8、12周低于利培酮治疗组（P〈0．05）。喹硫平组锥体外系（EPS）相关不良事件如静坐不能、震颤和总EPS发生率较利培酮组更低（P〈0．05）。结论喹硫平与利培酮治疗精神分裂症3个月疗效与不良反应有所不同。
