新生儿窒息血清胆红素变化与脑损伤的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿窒息血清胆红素变化与其脑损伤程度的相关性。方法收集我院足月窒息新生儿83例,其中轻度55例,重度28例;另选择同期足月正常新生儿50例为对照组。采用OLYMPUSAU640型生化分析仪动态检测胆红素水平变化,分析其与窒息后脑损伤的关系。结果出生后24h,轻度和重度窒息组新生儿皿清胆红素水平均明屁高于对照组(P〈0.05);72h、7d时轻度和重度窒息组新生儿血清胆红素水平均明显低于对照组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且重度窒息组新生儿的血清胆红素水平明显低于轻度窒息组新生儿(P〈0.01)。出生后24h、72h、7d时脑损伤组患儿的血清胆红素水平均明显低于无脑损伤组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论血清胆红素参与了新生儿窒息的病理生理过程,且可能对窒息后脑损伤具有保护作用。
