吉林省珲春市朝、汉族中、小学生HBsAg、抗-HBs的检测结果分析

目的了解珲春市中小学生HBsAg携带状况和抗-HBs水平，为学校制订防治乙型肝炎（乙肝）策略提供科学依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法，抽取2126名中小学生采用酶联免疫吸附试验ELISA法检测HBsAg和抗-HBs。结果2126名中小学生HBsAg阳性率为1．69％，其中朝鲜族学生阳性率高于汉族学生。但经统计学处理差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。中学学生阳性率高于小学学生，经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；抗．HBs阳性率为55．69％，其中朝鲜族学生阳性率高于汉族学生，经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。小学学生阳性率高于中学学生，经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论对乙肝无免疫力的学生应给予乙肝全程免疫，抗．HBs弱阳性的给予一次加强免疫。

Analysis of Test Results of HBsAg and Anti-HBs among Korean and Han Students of Primary and Secondary School in Hunchun City of Jilin Province

[ Objective ] To understand the HBsAg carrying status and anti-HBS levels among primary and secondary school students, and provide scientific evidence for preventive measures of Hepatitis B. [ Methods ] Ciuster random sampling method was adopted, 2126 students from primary and secondary schools were selected to conduct HBsAg and anti-HBs detection with ELISA. [ Results J Of 2126 students, HBsAg positive rate was 1.69%, among which the positive rate of Korean students was higher than that of Han students. However, the difference was not statistically significant { P 〉 0.05 ）. The positive rate of secondary school students was higher than that of primary school students, the difference was significantl P 〈0.05 } ： anti-HBs positive rate was 55.69% , the positive rate of Korean students was higher than that of Han students, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.01 ）. The positive rate of primary school students was higher than that of secondary school students, the difference was significant. （ P 〈0.011. [Conclusion ] Students without immunity against hepatitis B should be given Hepatitis B immunization of whole course ; the anti - HBs weakly positive ones should be given a booster immunization, to throughout hepatitis B immunization
