小鼠卵巢巨噬细胞的免疫组化研究

摘    要:目的:探讨卵巢内巨噬细胞在卵巢微细结构中的分布特征。方法:用抗巨噬细胞表面的F4/80抗原的单克隆抗体对小鼠卵巢组织中巨噬细胞进行免疫组化染色后观察。结果:巨噬细胞主要分布在卵巢的卵泡膜层、卵巢皮质和髓质的间质、闭镇卵泡和黄体组织中。排卵前卵巢表面包膜层出现大量的巨噬细胞,而妊娠期黄体中巨噬细胞骤减。结论:巨噬细胞可能在不同的卵巢结构中对卵巢的生殖内分泌起不同的调节作用。

Abstract:Objective: Our aim was to study the distributing character of ovarian macrophages in the micro structure of ovaries. Methods: Ovarian macrophages in mature mice were immunochemically studied by using a rat monoclonal antibody against macrophage specific antigen F4/80. Results: Macrophages mainly distributed in theca cell layer, ovarian cortex and interstitium of medullary, atretic follicle and corpus luteum. In pre ovulation phase, lots of macrophages appeared in ovarian capsule while the macrophages in pregnant corpus luteum reduced suddenly. Conclusion: It is probably that macrophages have different modulatary function on the reproductive endocrine in different micro structures of ovaries.
