| 摘 要： | 介绍一种应用固相抗HBs-BLISA技术分类检测IgG和IgM类抗体形成的HBsAg特异性CIC的方法。本方法最适检出抗原稍过量的HBsAg-CIC。对不同类型慢性HB患者检测的结果表明,HBAC、CAH较CPH的HBsAg-CIC检出率高,且IgM类抗体形成的HBsAg—CIC与病型区别和活动性肝损害的关系更为密切。

| Abstract: | An assay for the specific detection of HBsAg-CIC composed of different immunoglobulins (IgG and IgM) by ELISA using anti-HBs attached on solid phase was reported in this paper. thismethod was most suitable for the detection of HBsAg-CIC with slightly exce-ssive antigen. The results of the detection in different types of patients with chronic HB showed that the incidence of HBsAg-CIC in HBAC and CAH was remarkably higher than that in CPH, in ad-dition, BHsAg/IgM was more close-ly related with the difference of disease types and with the activity of liver damage. |
