| 摘 要： | 目的 了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点,促进临床合理用药.方法 收集我院2008～2009年全年上报的ADR报告共192例,按报告类型、用药方式、引起ADR的临床表现及相关药品等方面进行统计、分析.结果 在192份报告表中,男性95例,女性97例,男、女之比基本持平,提示ADR的发生无明显性别差异;将年龄分成三段统计分析得到:18岁以下21例(占总例数的10.94%),19～60岁117例(占总例数的60.94%),60岁以上54例(占总例数的28.12%);治愈的有127例,好转的有63例,后遗症的有2例;静脉滴注导致的ADR占总例数的81.35%,其中引起严重不良反应13例,占总严重不良反应例数的68.42%;报告中,共涉及药品13类210种,引起ADR的药品种类居前5位的依次是:抗菌药物、心脑血管系统用药、营养药、神经系统用药和中药制剂;引发ADR前10位的大部分为抗菌药物,其中环丙沙星居首位,有14例;报告中,由药物引起的器官/系统损害临床表现主要在皮肤及其附件、免疫系统和消化系统等,其中以皮肤及其附件的例数最多,占总例数的41.33%.结论 临床应重视药品不良反应的报告和监测工作,减少或避免ADR的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in our hospital and to promote the rational drug use clinical medicine.Method Analyzed the 192 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2008 to 2009, retrospectively.Results The occurrence of ADR induced by antibacterials ranked the first. The ADR of skin and its appendages counted for 41%. Conlusion To lessen or avoid the occurrence of ADRs in clinical medicine, should pay attention on the reporting and the monitoring of ADRs. |
