经内窥镜鼻窦手术围手术期的护理

目的 探讨经内窥镜鼻窦手术围手术期护理的术前访视、术中配合及术后观察的护理体会.方法 选择2007年3月至2009年3月所收治的198例鼻内窥镜手术患者进行围手术期的护理,包括术前心理评估、生命体征的评估、术后出血及疼痛观察与处理、协助医生将摄像系统调整到最佳状态等.结果 198例经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术的患者无一例发生严重并发症,且明显减轻术后患者疼痛症状,提高了手术疗效.降低了术后复发率、顺利度过围术期,提高了病人满意度.结论 患者经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术仅仅是治疗的第一步,而手术室护士的术前心理评估、生命体征的评估、术后出血及疼痛观察与处理、协助医生将摄像系统调整到最佳状态等护理显得同样重要,也避免了患者由于紧张和全身合并症带来的潜在危险,获得了较为满意的疗效.

Perioperative nursing of endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective To explore the nursing experiences in preoperative visits, intraoperative cooperation, and postoperative care during the period of perioperative nursing for endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Perioperative care including preoperative psychological evaluation, assessment of vital signs, management of postoperative bleeding and pain, and assistance of adjusting the camera system to the best status was performed in 198 patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery during the period of March 2007 to March 2009. Results No severe complications occurred in any of the patients. Under perioperative care, postoperative pain was significantly relieved, surgical effectiveness was improved, recurrence rate was decreased, perioperation was spent smoothly, and patient satisfaction was enhanced. Conclusions Endoscopic sinus surgery is only the first step for treatment; while preoperative psychological evaluation, assessment of vital signs, management of postoperative bleeding and pain, and assistance of adjusting the camera system to the best status are equally important and make the patients avoid the potential dangers due to nervousness and systemic complications to obtain a more satisfactory result.
