MRI半剂量动态增强扫描对垂体微腺瘤的诊断价值

摘    要:目的:探讨MRI半剂量动态增强扫描及延迟增强扫描对垂体微腺瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2013年4月经手术或临床证实的垂体微腺瘤36例,其中男性1例,女性35例,本组36例均行MRI平扫并半剂量动态增强扫描及延迟扫描。结果:36例中17例平扫垂体内发现异常信号,19例垂体内未见明显异常信号,半剂量动态增强扫描34例发现异常信号,2例未发现异常信号,延迟扫描31例发现异常信号,5例未见明显异常信号,但其中1例MRI延迟增强扫描见低信号改变,而平扫及半剂量动态增强扫描均未见明显异常信号改变。本组36例中共35例发现异常信号改变。结论:MRI半剂量动态增强扫描及延迟增强扫描对垂体微腺瘤的诊断具有较高的应用价值,可以作为垂体微腺瘤诊断的常规影像学检查方法。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and a half dose scanning and delayed enhanced MRI of the pituitary adenoma diagnostic value. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2009 to 2013, surgically or clinically proven pituitary, adenoma in 36 cases, of which 1 male and 35 females, the group of 36 patients underwent MRI plain and half-dose dynamic enhanced scan and delayed sweep. Results: 36 cases, 17cases of plain pituitary abnormal signal, 19 cases of pituitary showed no abnormal signal, the half dose dynamic contrast-enhanced scan 34 cases of abnormal signal, no abnormal signal in two cases, delayed scan 31 cases of abnormal signal , 5 patients showed no abnormal signal, but 1 case of MRI delayed enhancement scan to see low signal change, plain and half-dose dynamic contrast-enhanced scan showed no abnormal signal changes. In 36 cases the CPC 35 cases of abnormal signal change. Conclusion: MRI half-dose dynamic contrast-enhanced scan and delayoct enhanced scan has a high application value in the diagnosis of pituitary adenoma, conventional imaging methods can be used as a diagnosis of pituitary adenoma.
