老年人肠梗阻85例手术治疗体会

目的 总结老年人肠梗阻的手术治疗体会。方法 通过对85例经手术治疗的老年人肠梗阻诊治临床资料进行分析、总结其经验体会。结果 全组无术中死亡，术后出现并发症55例，因并发多脏器衰竭2例及心力衰竭1例死亡3例，其余病例全部治愈或症状明显缓解后出院。结论 老年人肠梗阻病因复杂，并发症多，诊断时应全面检查，治疗时应积极主动，灵活选择手术方式，术后加强并发症的预防及治疗。

Curative Effect of Operative Therapy for Senile Patients with Intestinal Obstruction

[ Objective] To summarize the curative effect of the operative therapy for senile patients with intestinal obstruction. [ Methods] Analysis was made on the clinical data of 85 cases of intestinal obstruction treated by operation. [ Results] None of the cases died during operation; 55 cases had complieafions after operation; 2 cases had multi - organ failure, 1 case had heart failure and 3 cases died; other cases recovered and left hospital. [Conclusion] Senile intestinal obstruction is complicated with multiple complications; comprehensive checkup should be made in diagnosis, aetive and flexible operative treatment should be done, meamwhile, complications should be prevented with efforts.
