习惯性流产夫妇中的3;18平衡易位核型

本文观察了1对习惯性流产夫妇的染色体,其丈夫有46,XY,t(3;18)(3qter→3p22::18q23→18qter;18pter→18q23::3p22→3qter)平衡易位核型,并有一个1qh~+的标记染色体。他们曾不明原因地连续流产3次,大产1胎无脑儿。这个平衡易位携带者为产前检查提供了新的易位核型。

A RARE CASE OF BALANCED CHROMOSOME TRANSLOCATION t(3;18)(p22;q23)

The chromosomes of a woman who had habitual abortion (for three times), together with those of her husband, were studied. Her karybtype was normal, but her husband was found to be a balanced translo cation carrier. He had a karyotype of 46,XY,t(3;18) (3qter→3p22q:: 18q23→18q ter; 18pter→18q23::3p22→3qter). This study suggests that when carriers of chromosome translocation are in pregnancy, an antenatal examination should be done for eugenic purpose.
