| 摘 要： | 应用荧光法测定非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者及正常人血小板ＶｉｔＥ水平。结果显示：患者的血小板ＶｉｔＥ水平明显高于正常对照组；而与空腹血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、过氧化脂质之间无明显相关。正常人５０岁以上组的血小板ＶｉｔＥ水平与血浆过氧化脂质问呈负相关。结果提示，糖尿病患者存在ＶｉｔＥ代谢紊乱，这可能与血管、神经病变有关。

| Abstract: | itamin E concentration in platelets was estimated in human controls and
diabetic pa-tients by fluorometric method.The results showed that:(1) vitamine E concentration
inplatelets of NIDDM patients was significantly higher than that of control subjects;(2)therewere
no correlation between platelet Vit E content and levels of the FBG,HbAI,lipid perox-ides and
serum lipids in NIDDM patients,but in controls,there was negative correlation be-tween platelet
Vit E content and plasma lipid peroxides, This suggested that in diabeticsthere is metabolic
disturbance of Vit E,which may be associated with vascular complicationsand neuropathy. |
