消渴清浸膏治疗糖尿病的实验研究

目的 观察消渴清对Streptoyocin诱发糖尿病大鼠的疗效。方法 模型大鼠随机分组，灌胃法给药，给药结束后采作血糖、CHO、TG、HDL－C、LDL－C和血液流变学测定以及耳廓微循环检测，进行组间比较。结果 消渴清高、中、低剂量组均使血糖、LDL－C有非常显著的降低，对TG无影响，高、中剂量组明显降低CHO，提高HDL－C。消渴清可明显降低糖尿病大鼠全血粘度和血浆粘度、红细胞刚化指数，可使耳廓微循环血液流速显著加快，输入输出管径比增大。结论 消渴清可使糖尿病大鼠血糖降低，纠正脂质代谢紊乱，改善微循环障碍。

Experimental Study on Treatment of Diabetes with Xiaokeqing Soft Extract

OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaokeqing Soft Extract in treating rat's diabetes induced by Streptoyocin.METHOD Rat models were randomly divided into groups and given the extract. Blood sugar, CHO, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and blood rheology were determined and auricle microcirculation examined.RESULT Large, medium and small dosages of the extract could markedly reduce blood sugar and LDL-C without any effect on TG; large and medium dosages could markedly reduce CHO and increase HDL-C. The extract could markedly reduce the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and rigid indexes of diabetic rats, and markedly speed up the auricle microcirculation by increasing the diameter of input and output vessels.CONCLUSION Xiaokeqing Soft Extract can reduce the blood sugar of diabetic rats, rectify the derangement in lipide metabolism and improve microcirculation.
