广东顺德某企业员工乙肝病毒感染调查

目的了解乙型病毒肝炎在顺德某企业员工中的流行分布情况,为乙肝防治工作提供科学依据,并探讨企业员工乙肝预防的对策与措施。方法用ELISA法对该企业2004年1613名员工的血清进行乙肝病毒五种标志物检测,对结果作统计分析。结果顺德某企业员工HBsAg阳性率为17·36%(280/1613),其中男性为20·24%(216/1067),女性为11·72%(64/546),男性显著高于女性(χ2=18·285,P<0·05)。不同年龄组HBsAg阳性率也有差异显著性(χ2=10.754,P<0·05),60岁以上年龄组HBsAg阳性率最低为8·22%,20~29岁组的阳性率最高为21·34%,HB-sAg阳性者年龄主要集中在20~49岁。结论顺德某企业员工乙肝病毒感染率尚较高,对其防治工作不容忽视,乙肝的预防保健知识宣传需要加强,且应根据体检结果,对相应人群采取乙肝疫苗注射或临床观察治疗等措施。

Survey of infection with hepatitis B virus in the workers of an enterprise in Shunde City

Objective To understand the distribution of hepatitis B(HBV) infection among the employees of a corporation in ShunDe so as to provide scientific reference and discuss the countermeasures for preventing HBV infection. Methods The sera's analysis of HBV infection of 1613 employees in ShunDe a corporation aged from 20 to 79 were determined by ELISA in 2004. Results 280 employees were found to be positive for HBsAg with a positive rate of 17.36%, and the positive rate for HBsAg in the male was 20.24%, however the positive rate for HBsAg in the female was 11.72% showing a distinct lower positive rate than the male. In addition, remarkable differences were also observed among different age groups. The positive rate of the group over sixty-year-old was 8.22% showing the lowest positive rate, but the positive rate of group aged from 20 to 29 was 21.34% showing the highest positive rate compared with other age groups. The most positive sufferer for HBsAg was focus at the groups aged from 20 to 39. Conclusion The HBV prevention and cure work a corporation of employees in ShunDe can't be neglected. The propaganda of health prevention &protection should be strengthened. The treatments of Vaccination and clinical observation should be taken according to the medical check's results.
