多层螺旋CT脑血管造影术在自发性蛛网膜下腔出血病因诊断中的应用

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影术(MSCTA)在自发性蛛网膜下腔出血病因诊断中的作用。方法 对自发性蛛网膜下腔出血68例进行多层螺旋CT血管造影检查。结果 68例中，有25例同时接受DSA检查，证实CTA诊断者20例，包括3例经MSCTA检查阴性患者，复查DSA亦无阳性发现；2例MSCTA发现动脉瘤，DSA检查阴性。结论 MSCF颅内血管造影术可替代DSA检查，成为蛛网膜下腔出血病因诊断的首选方法。它提供的信息对尽快确定治疗方案有极大帮助。

The usefulness of MSCTA in diagnosing the causes of spontanous subarachniod hemorrhage

Objective Discussion the usefulness of Multi-Slice Computed Tomography Angiography(MSCTA) in diagnosing the causes of Spontanous Subarachnoid Hemorrhage(SSAH).Methods Selection 68 cases SSAH detected by using MSCTA from November 2000 to June 2004. Including operation therapy 45 cases , endovascular therapy 11 case and internal conservation therapy 12 cases.Results In these 68 cases , there were 25 cases accepted examination of MSCTA as well as digital subtracted angiography(DSA), in that, 20 cases were confirmed by MSCTA and 3 cases were negative after MSCTA and also were negative after re-examination ; 2 cases aneurysm were optimal in MSCTA but were negative in DSA.Conclusion MSCTA can replace DSA as the fist diagnosis method in diagnosing the causes of SSAH .And by using informations provided ,MSCTA has a great deal help in definition the therapeutic scheme quickly.
