巩膜瓣下咬切术结合巩膜瓣可调节缝合治疗青光眼临床观察

目的：比较巩膜瓣下咬切结合膜瓣可调节缝线和单纯巩膜瓣下咬切术治疗青光眼的疗效和并发症。方法：采用随机分组平行对照临床验证的方法,将148例（175眼）青光眼分为实验组和对照组,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：实验组手术效果优于对照组;实验组术后浅前房、低眼压、无功能性滤过泡形成等并发症发生率均低于对照组（P〈0.05、P〈0.01）。结论：巩膜瓣下咬切术结合可调节缝线能明显减少并发症,提高抗青光眼手术成功率。

Clinical observation of antiglaucomatous surgery with accommodative suture through cornea

Objective：To compare the efficacy and complications after surgery of antiglaucomatous（bite resection under the scleral flap） surgery with accommodative suture with that surgery without accommodative suture.Methods：With random and contrast methods,175 eyes of 148 cases were divided into experimental group and control group,and the clinical date of two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The surgery efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group.The complications in shallow anterior chamber depth,hypotony and none-functional filtering blebs bleb were less in experiment group than those in control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Combined with accommodative suture in scleral valve can lessen complications and improve the success rate of antiglaucomatous surgery.
