摘    要:目的:探讨bcl-2基因过表达对小鼠MCAO模型的保护作用。方法:野生型小鼠和bcl-2转基因小鼠各8只,分别建立MCAO模型,24 h后测量其脑梗死体积及神经功能缺损评分,并进行比较。结果:转基因小鼠的梗死面积及神经功能评分均显著低于野生型小鼠(P<0.01)。结论:bcl-2基因的过表达能够降低脑梗死的体积并改善小鼠的神经功能。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the protective effect of overexpression of bcl-2 gene on the mice with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO).Methods: The MCAO models were established in 8 wild-type mice and 8 bcl-2 transgenic mice.After 24 h,the infarct volume and the neurological scores were evaluated to compare the differences between those two types.Results: The infarct volume and neurological scores of transgenic mice were apparently lower than those of the wild-type mice.Conclusion: Overexpression of bcl-2 gene in transgenic mice may reduce the infarct volume and improve the neurological function.
