颈椎椎弓裂及其外科治疗

目的：探讨颈椎椎弓裂及其滑脱的临床特点及手术治疗。方法：回顾分析８例颈椎椎弓裂病便，其中４例伴有滑脱。除１例无症状者行保守治疗外，７例行颈前路减压植骨融合术。结果：临床症状全部改善，滑脱椎节得以复位，植骨在３个月内获得牢固骨融合。结论：颈椎椎弓裂患者如出现临床症状应考虑手术治疗，经前路减压及植骨融合术是较为理想的手术方式。

Surgical treatment for spondyloschisis and spondylolithesis of the ce rvical spine

Objectives: To discuss the clinical characteristics and the surgical treatment of cervical spondyloschisis and spondylolisthesis. Methods: Retrospective analysis for eight cervical spondyloschisis,four of them were combined with spondylolisthesis.All cases were preformed anterior decompression and fusion except one without symptoms. Results: Clinical symptoms got improved after operation,spondyloschisis obtained reduction,bone graft got solid fusion in three months. Conclusions: Cervical spondyloschisis should be operated if the patients have clinical symptoms.Anterior decompression and fusion were the best choice for the operation.
