| 摘 要： | 眼视光学专业学生在企业的实习可以在拓宽学生就业渠道的同时,为视光企业注入最新的技术人才和技术力量,改变目前视光企业由于人才薄弱而带来的服务水平较低,开展项目不全等现状,通过在视光企业的实习达到教育与行业的共同促进,和谐发展。通过对川北医学院眼视光学专业第一届理学学生(2004级)实习情况意见反馈的整理分析,发现实习学生存在的主要问题在于职业心态较差。建议加强学生思维能力培养、与视光企业建立广泛合作关系、培养学生团队精神并加强学生职业生涯的引导。同时对如何在上述方面开展具体工作,培养学生职业心态提出建议,致力于为视光教育与视光行业更广阔的发展前景而努力。
