| 摘 要： | 目的探讨交锁髓内钉和单侧三维多功能骨科外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折的治疗效果。方法对2001年10月～2004年4月应用交锁髓内钉和外固定架治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者各18例和22例进行疗效分析。结果每组均有不同的并发症发生，外固定架组骨折平均愈合时间短于交锁髓内钉组。结论外固定架的生物力学特性更符合胫腓骨骨折愈合的需要，一般不影响骨折的愈合时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator for the treatment of tibial fibular fractures. Methods 18 cases and 22 cases suffered from the tibial fibular fractures were treated respectively with interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator from October 2001 to April 2004. Resuits Each group had different complications. The mean healing time in the external fixator group was earlier than that in the interlocking intramedullary nail group. Conclusion The biomechanic feature of the external fixator is suitable to the healing of tibial fibular fracture. The external fixator has little influence on the healing of the tibial fibular fractures than that of the interlocking intramedullary nail. |
