血管性头痛的脑干听诱发电位的改变

对１６０例血管性头痛患者的脑干听诱发电位（ＢＡＥＰ）进行研究，以８０例健康人（１６０只听力正常耳）为对照，评估指标是Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期和Ⅰ＿Ⅲ、Ⅲ＿Ⅴ、Ⅰ＿Ⅴ峰间潜伏期（ＩＰＬ）。结果显示：患者的ＢＡＥＰ异常率是６８８％，异常表现呈双侧弥散性改变，主要表现为Ⅲ＿Ⅴ波的峰间潜伏期延长和Ⅲ＿Ⅴ／２＿Ⅲ，ＩＰＬ＞１。没有显示主波的缺失，并且随着病程的延长，异常率增加，病程不超过５年者，ＢＡＥＰ呈可逆性改变，超过５年，ＢＡＥＰ呈不可逆性改变。由此可见，ＢＡＥＰ对临床诊断和评价血管性头痛具有重要意义。

The Changes of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potential in Vascular Headache Patients

お? Brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPs) were recorded in 160 vascular headache patients. The findings were compared with those of 80 healthy controls (160 ears with normal hearing) We evaluated Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ and Ⅰ_Ⅲ、Ⅲ_Ⅴ、Ⅰ_Ⅴ peak and interpeak latencies. The results show that abnormal rate of the BAEPs of patients were 68.8%. Those changes were diffusion of two sides and characterized essentially by prolongation of Ⅲ_Ⅴ IPL, Ⅲ_Ⅴ/Ⅰ_Ⅲ IPL>1.It is not indicated that there were loses of main waves. With the length of disease course, abnormal rate was increased and abnormal changes occurred on one side and then two sides. The disease course is shorter than five years. The changes of BAEP is permanent. We suggested that the BAEP was of important value in clinical diagnosis and evaluation of vascular headache.
