| 摘 要： | 提要：牙拔除术是口腔科医生必须掌握的一种基本治疗技术。如何规范地选择和使用拔牙器械，减少因拔牙对患者造成的损伤与并发症，是口腔颌面外科医生必须具备的一项基本技能。本文简要叙述了标准拔牙器械及其使用要点，特别强调了微创拔牙器械的优点与普及的必要性。

| Abstract: | The tooth extraction is a basic technique for a dentist. It is necessary for the dentists to know how to accurately select and use extraction equipment, so as to reduce the damage and complications caused by tooth extraction. This paper introduced the standard extraction instruments and their application in principle, with particular emphasis on the advantages of minimally invasive extraction instruments and the necessity for universal access. |
