| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声诊断急性阑尾炎的价值。方法对336例急性阑尾炎患者，用探头加压方法在患者右下腹行纵切、横切、扫查。结果超声诊断急性阑尾炎符合率为89．3％。结论超声为急性阑尾炎的诊断，提供了一个直接、简便、安全的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigate and discuss the value of the ultrasonic diagnosis on acute appendicitis. Methods For 336 patients who were clinically of acute appendicitis, the probe pressing manner is used to take longitudinal, horizontal and diagonal scanning in the patients lower right area. Results The coincidence rate of the ultrasonic diagnosis on acute appendicitis is 89.9%. Conclusion The ultrasonic diagnosis is regarded as direct, simple and safety manner for diagnosis on acute appendicitis. |
