改良式体位引流在治疗肺叶切除术后支气管哮喘患者中的应用

目的：探讨采用改良式体位引流的护理干预治疗在肺叶切除术后支气管哮喘中的治疗作用及临床效果。方法：对肺叶切除术后合并支气管哮喘或新发支气管哮喘的95例患者进行回顾性分析，按时间分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组45例采取抗感染、雾化吸入、氧疗、平喘等常规治疗，治疗组50例患者在此基础上加用改良式体位引流的护理干预，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：l周后两组患者的疗效比较和肺部感染率的比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：改良式体位引流对治疗肺叶切除术后支气管哮喘患者有明显的效果，操作相对简便安全，能较快改善患者的肺功能状况，促进术后患者的康复，是临床治疗术后哮喘的可行方案。

The application of modified postural drainage treating bronchial asthma of postoperative of pulmonary lobectomy

Objective ： To explore the method and effect of modified postural drainage treating bronchial asthma of postoperative of pulmo- nary lobectomy. Methods ： Retrospectively analyzed of bronchial asthma or new cases of bronchial asthma patients in 95 cases of postopera- tive of pulmonary lobectomy. Randomly divided into experimental group and control group. 45 cases of control group treated with resistance to infection, atomization inhalation, oxygen therapy and spasmolysis. The 50 eases of experimental group add the modified postural drainage method. Observed the lung function index changes and treatment effect of two groups. Results：After one week, the effect of two groups were compared and the differences of pulmonary infection rates were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The modified postural drainage method treated bronchial asthma of postoperative of pulmonary lobectomy patients have obvious clinical significance. Easy to ma- nipulate and safety, can rapidly improve the lung function of patients and to promote the status of the patients with postoperative rehabilita- tion. It is a good way to treat bronchial asthma of postoperative of pulmonary lobectomy.
